Fudo Enterprise is an advanced Privileged Account and Session Management (PASM) solution for monitoring, controlling and recording access to sensitive systems. Fudo does not require an agent on the end systems but is looped into the session as a gateway in the network for all accesses to be monitored and can record and archive both encrypted and unencrypted communication. All connections are time-stamped and stored in compressed and encrypted form.

Unauthorized actions or commands are detected in real time during access. The connection can then be automatically disconnected and, if necessary, the attacking account can be blocked. An administrator can view recorded connections at any time and understand what happened when accessing a system. Thanks to the integrated OCR of the commands and screen output entered and the activity display, critical points can be found quickly and unimportant phases can simply be skipped.

With the integrated password management, external users can log on to Fudo and connect to a server behind it. The necessary passwords are stored in encrypted form in Fudo and are entered automatically. Passwords can thus be changed at will and, in particular, no longer need to be communicated to external support staff.

Password management for privileged accounts - the integrated Secret Manager is a complete solution for managing passwords and password policies, which are stored securely without being disclosed to users. Its particular strength lies in the ability to define password policies and validity periods. The Secret Manager stores a complete password history so that access to important systems can be regained quickly in the event of a disaster.

Forensic analysis - complete recording and comprehensive analysis, e.g. by OCR, makes Fudo the perfect system for rapid forensic analysis of security incidents.

Session participation - a super administrator can join a session at any time and collaborate with the remote user, e.g. to enter an additional password or special commands.

Proactive monitoring and termination of connections - with the help of security rules that detect suspicious behavior and automatically disconnect the connection.

Business intelligence analysis - through optional recording and evaluation of activity and idle times, which can be used to measure efficiency and productivity.

Clear user portal - for intuitive access to target systems through centralized management of available resources. Users no longer have to remember countless host names, IP addresses, login names and passwords.

Live streaming of sessions - without loss of quality or delay, as Fudo does not store screenshots or video recordings, but the raw data of the individual sessions, which includes metadata, file transfer, keystrokes and mouse activities as well as all network activities of the user.

Modern and intuitive operation - administration is completely web-based. Active sessions can be monitored directly from the browser. Integrated playback is started by clicking on one of the running sessions. It is just as easy for the administrator to join an active connection via the browser.

Fudo One is the little brother of Fudo Enterprise and offers Privileged Access Management (PAM) for small and medium-sized companies for access via Remote Desktop (RDP), Secure Shell (SSH) and VNC.

Sessions can be monitored and recorded live, but there is no OCR of the displayed screen content. Less frequently required protocols such as Citrix (ICA) or X11 via SSH are also not supported.
